Hi, I'm Stefan.
I grew up in the sports and entertainment business.
My dad was 2x Basketball Coach of the Year in Belgium but also the organizer of world-class events in Antwerp such as the European Community Championship tennis tournament and the Diamond Awards music festival.
My focus however is on football.
Since 2008 I've been doing deals and assisting clubs, players, coaches, agents and sports directors.
I've had the pleasure to assist big names in football such as Eidur Gudjohnsen & Eiji Kawashima and deal with clubs like Zenit St. Petersburg, Club Brugge, Juventus FC, Lokomotiv Moscow, Sunderland, AS Monaco,... and agents like Alain Migliaccio (Zinédine Zidane).
I've also acted as an intermediary for big investment funds, amongst which IVEAGH of the Guinness-family.
The largest deal I handled for a client was in 2016: €15M (in salary - 5y contract).
In 2013 a club in the highest division in Belgium offered me the position of C.E.O. which I refused.
In 2015 I was offered the position of Visiting Professor of Football at a Belgian university which I refused.
I like to be independent and connect people which is why I work as a dealmaker.
In other words: I am not an agent, I focus on deal sourcing.
Simply said: I create opportunities.
My value lies in the ability to uncover opportunities, connect the right people and open doors that others may not see.
For example: if I know a club is looking for a defensive or box-to-box midfielder, I analyse the market and identify players who fit both the sporting profile and the club’s budget.
When I find a suitable candidate, I contact the player and/or his club to assess their interest and determine who represents the player.
If there is genuine interest from all parties, I help facilitate discussions and work towards a deal.
In other words, I collaborate with everyone involved and try to create value for all parties: the player benefits, the club benefits, the agent benefits, and I benefit as well.
A true win-win situation.
I am based in Antwerp, Belgium but active worldwide.
Through my associate in the Middle East, we maintain close contact with clubs and football professionals across the region.

I'd like to end this biography by saying that my life has been filled with great success but also with severe hardship.
The latter taught me the most about myself, life and other people, and made me into who I am today: a man who enjoys creating win-win deals, connecting people.
